      Management hyper focused on negatives, and a scourge of interdepartmental politics, favoritism, gossip and old fashioned back stabbing by co workers. Overall a hostile workplace.

      Love my coworkers and the sense of family with the team I work with.

      Cons

      The new CEO had made a lot of changes that I have yet to see the benefit of as an employee, other than making the hospital more profitable.
