Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. As a healthcare organization, everything we do is rooted in data, from creating treatment plans for patients to making decisions about our business. Our benefits and pay packages are no different. Intermountain offers total rewards packages that support caregivers, maintain affordability and sustainability, stay competitive in the market, and create a consistent experience for all caregivers. Our total rewards packages will continue to evolve based on caregiver feedback and market data. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
