Great schedule, hospital cafe, Dr’s ok

Cons

Charge nurses are very cliquish, don’t support fellow nurses, too many entry-level nurses promoted as supervisors with minimal experience. Their immaturity & clicks with the tech’s means no one is in charge. Very sad, Pt care suffers!
