Pros

I loved working with the patients and the interaction with them.

Cons

They don't seem to show much recognition towards their employees. Their raises are not very good at all, and you would think that they wouldn't charge such high premiums for the insurance when they even own the insurance company.

Pros

Made some life long friends. Excellent hospital care.

Cons

Too many "managers". No communication. Too many people in the wrong jobs. Set up for failure. Do not care about associates. Managers who care only about themselves.

Pros

Great benefits including a pension as well as 401k if you decide to work for them for many years. I feel valued in many ways I did not in previous positions!

Cons

Mormon and conservative, white, heteronormative cultural aspects can be a drain for minorities and non-mormons. The organization is so big that it can be easy to feel overlooked; which may or may not be a pro actually.
