Pros

Great coworkers, management, nurses, and doctors. Many great benefits outside of “traditional” ones; discounts, tickets, continuous learning, and mentoring program.

Cons

Don’t have much to complain about.

Cons

The pay is on the low side. Recent changes to benefits, health insurance premiums, and HSA match contributions have moved away from employee favor.
