Pros

Work with great people at a hospital where patients are treated with only the best care

Cons

Intermountain is cheap as far as treating their employees. You don't even get paid for your 30-minute lunch break (which you have to take) and the only kind of "bonus" you receive is a Christmas intermountain jacket that doesn't come in until May.
