Pros

Good technical support and tools for remote work. Some very strong Senior Leadership, including women in very senior roles.

Cons

Lots of recent downsizing, lots of layoffs after a recent merger. Organization is in serious financial difficulty even after merger brought in huge assets. “Back to green” initiative means that cuts are likely to continue for the next 5 years as newly acquired service lines and departments are cut and that work is transferred to operational teams. Limited career paths or room for career growth.
