Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. We are happy to hear about your time at Intermountain Health and that you enjoyed our collaborative, team-focused work culture, our supportive leadership, and our organizational commitment to providing professional development opportunities for all our caregivers. At Intermountain, we enjoy the privilege of working with caregivers from many different heritages and backgrounds, who enhance our mission by bringing their traditions, customs, experiences, and perspectives to work every day. Our Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) is active in visibly raising awareness and helping us create a culture of equitable opportunity and belonging. The OEI hosts and sponsors events, trainings, Caregiver (Employee) Resource Groups, and multimedia marketing campaigns. More fundamentally, these talented caregivers drive our focus on ongoing policies and practices for hiring, supporting, and developing a diverse and culturally competent workforce at all levels, listening to diverse groups caregivers, and sourcing from diverse talent pools in the community. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.

Pros

TRowe Price for 401k management

Cons

Constant changes as they take over SCL Health in the Denver area. I am PRN so not affected as much as FT/PT but those employees are disappointed in the new system. Micromanaging of clock in/out, PTO/sick leave rules, acuity for staffing plans.
