Pros

When I started with the company, I was a on call status. The bonus is very generous mileage reimbursement for travel to far away locations. Also yearly incentives like holiday bonus and gifts like movie tickets, even for on call employees

Cons

It is very difficult to get a set position or location in the company. I talked to a more seasoned employee, he stated it took 5 years for him to get his set job within the company. Human resources is not on your side and will bully you into policy. Apparently it's ok for a random coworkers to make clams of your character and slander it to other parts with in the company with out no investigation into the clams.
