Pros

I took this job for insight on what life as a physician in a large health care industry is like after I graduated college and was trying to figure out what post-graduate work I wanted to do. I enjoyed working with them and got to experience a lot of different specialities.

Cons

Pay is poor, poor management

Pros

Great coworkers Good Benefits Ability to work remotely New technologies

Cons

The company no longer values it's employees. What used to be a family environment is now all about $. If you come to work here then take what skills you learn and then take them somewhere else. Don't stay too long. Management now seem to be on constant chaos. There is no job security any longer.

Pros

work from home at times

Cons

Holiday PTO was lumped into one bucket which made it impossible to accrue PTO Benefits were poor considering you worked for a hospital system Leadership was a joke, did not follow core values and would not address HR issues. Kept people who stirred the pot and got rid of the hard workers. Too much gossip
