      Was once a great place to work.

      Cons

      Good Samaritan is slowly becoming a HealthONE Hospital; unfortunately, associates are treated poorly. Hierarchy is more valued than effective communication. Ineffective leadership attributes to dissatisfied associates and high turnover which negatively impacts patient care. Expertise and safety are undervalued. If you speak up, your hand will be slapped.
