Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. At Intermountain Health, we believe that a culture of well-being for all caregivers is foundational to our ability to deliver on our mission of helping people live the healthiest lives possible. Caregivers are at the heart of what we do, which is why we have invested in and implemented several programs and resources to help caregivers enhance their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial health. It’s important that every caregiver feels secure, supported, and safe, both at home and at work. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.

Pros

Rewarding work, busy but not overwhelming and lots of chances to learn new skills

Cons

Since being bought out, the work atmosphere went from feeling like the people you work for really do care, to feeling like more of a cog in a machine

Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. As two of the nation’s leaders in providing better healthcare outcomes for lower costs, combining SCL Health and Intermountain Health’s operational and clinical programs strengthens our shared focus while simultaneously expanding our collective footprint to serve more patients and communities throughout the Mountain West. This merger also allows us to reduce costs by allowing for economies of scale and sharing best practices and resources, which can lead to improved quality of care for our patients. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
