      Pros

      Pay and flexibility were good. Many of my coworkers could bring their kids to work. Covered parking with security and an onsite cafe and Starbucks Remote access to work from home

      Cons

      Conflicting metrics across the company never let you feel like you do a good job Poor training Lots of turnover of millennials, company still using old practices, not very efficient. Alot of double work keeps you trapped at your desk or in endless meetings that fail to generate change withing the business group.

      Pros

      This company really cares about safety. They have good benefits and base salary at plants by local market. Some plants are union, but non-union plants usually get offered same negotiated benefits.

      Cons

      Plant attendance policies vary by plant, so there are no set company wide policies regarding attendance and discipline, which can lead to peer review issues.

      Big Pay difference between Union location & non-union

      Pros

      Good benefits, although a little high on health insurance. worked at both locations in San Antonio Tx & there is an unbelieveable difference in pay between the Union shop & the non-union location. Plus Union location gets a company paid retirement in addition to their 401-k! Can't complain about that! A lot of the workers make more than supervisors or Mgrs because of all the overtime worked. Good people make it a great place to work. Hands down SA Central location is better cuz of pay, benefits, people, etc.

      Cons

      You should put in a change of address, because you're gonna spend most of your time there because of overtime! I worked at both locations & supervisors at both can be jerks. Theres no loyalty on the companies part. Long term employees leave cause there offered better jobs, not as many hours
