This is an excellent player. We have a very friendly atmosphere and lots of flexibility in a workday. Privately held, and customer center this is an excellent player. We have a very friendly atmosphere and lots of flexibility in a workday. Privately held, and customer centric.

Cons

Not many cons. There's a little bit of micromanagement in some departments and we are in an industry that is difficult but still growing.

IRMI is an exceptional place to work. Leaders encourage employee to continue their professional growth and to engage with the next generation. Innovative ideas are celebrated. Time spent at work includes participating in wellness activities and community service events. Mentoring, education, and family are high priorities. Work hard, play hard is our corporate motto and everyone from the owner to the newest employee is respected for their skills and integrated into the IRMI family. There’s a genuine care for each other, you really enjoy coming to work and spending time with your team. It’s not just my opinion, IRMI was just named as one of the Top 100 Places to Work by the Dallas Morning News.
