      Pros

      Just celebrated 10 years with IRMI. I love working here because of the people. I gained brothers and sisters when I joined IRMI. Our leaders are fair, care about employees and customers, and strive to be the best.

      Cons

      There are a lot of moving pieces to produce a top-notch product.

      Pros

      This is THE BEST company that I have ever worked for. If you do a great job, you will be rewarded. They are very employee-focused and think about the employees first when making decisions that will impact the company. I have been given opportunities to learn and grow and I feel very valued here. I would recommend IRMI to anyone considering employment here.
