the people were great, the managers were doing their best to keep morale up

Cons

poorly prepared upper management, making changes every day that affected the employees in their quest for "increasing sales", overworking employees when they could hire more people, treating employees like they are expandable and rewarding those that do not question upper management in any way, no real benefits other than meal card, located really inconveniently in la campana, no development plan, no opportunities for growth
