Good Colleagues. Nice work environments in the newer centres.

Cons

Terrible, aggressive, rude and condescending senior leaders. Lack of morals. Poor response to issues. Customers being mislead by sales teams. No investment in old centres, toilets broken for months, no hot water, damp and mould issues, unsafe windows, no H & S, etc. etc. Customers valid complaints ignored.

- Good conditions, nice work ethics & environment, good salary

Cons

For me 1 hour lunch is a bit too long, I would prefer to end the shift earlier and have shorter lucn - but the company is flexible regarding this as I have understood
