Flexible working - But so do a lot of places now

Where to begin - There is a culture of fear and bullying within the business and nothing is ever managements fault. Mark Dixon is no fool but surrounds himself with them in what appears to be a quite deliberate act to ensure that his Yes men stop any of the creative and capable people within the business being able to challenge his leadership or ideas. They then get frustrated and leave meaning the business continues to be overtaken by its competitors as demonstrated between the comparison between their share price and IWG's. Its a simple formula to improve happy staff = happy customers. Happy Customers stay and don't go to the competitors in droves
