Fun environment. Great local leadership in Colorado. Empowerment to make decisions. Great atmosphere to work with growing companies. No "micro-management". Rewards for meeting targets.

Cons

Lower than market salary. Constant corporate changes that do not benefit clients. Inconsistent labor models and reporting changes.

Cons

No leadership/people skills No culture 80% of team are actively looking to leave Fear for job daily Staff bribe customers to get good nps surveys Feedback and challenging business is not welcomed
