Pros

They are good at hiring people who can do well in certain roles. The benefits aren't bad, and it's relatively easy (depending on your team) to get PTO.

Cons

Because they know how good you are, they love to give you as much work as they can. For what I was getting paid, it felt like I was doing way too much. Considering how much they charge their clients, it's crazy to me how little their employees are paid.

Working with clients and building strong relationships with them.

Cons

They keep adding more tasks without increasing pay, and we never receive bonuses Even though we do a good job, they always come up with excuses for why we don’t get the bonus.
