Pros

Quarterly bonus pay and benefits. The job is fine once you get the hang of it and the ever-changing company processes.

Cons

Low pay. Dealing with a lot of angry customers that look down on you. As a new employee, you sometimes get thrown into operating a whole center by yourself and it is stressful and overwhelming.

Good local team, but those are the people... not the company.

Cons

- Lack of growth opportunities. Even if you do really well, they'll keep you there rather than hire someone who can takeover your position. NO true succession planning. - Replaceable feeling... no real sense of self-worth or value to the company. - Company has no obligation to give raises. Haven't gotten one in 2 years and even if you do get a raise, it's an extremely low percentage. - Upper management is grossly overpaid compared to us pawns.
