Very well connected on the west coast. Lots of opportunities for employees. Management has an open door policy and give the feel that they care about their employees. Benefits are good. Growing fast.

Cons

Due to growth, it seems like they are trying to catch up operationally. Better overall communication of the success they are having.

Poor Health Benefits, no family coverage, with child goes unto $1000pm No 401K contribution
