Pros

The management team is very supportive, fair and loyal. The CEO allows a lot of flexibility in your day-to-day. Great work environment with seasoned professionals. This is a company that establishes and maintains long-standing relationships with customers and even at this size, still feels very much like a family.

They lie about everything, and dont care at all about employees. They lie about rates, contract lengths. There goal is to ONLY get their commission
