Startup culture, nice Waltham office, flexible time, parties, fast development, new technologies, there are some excellent developers and qa

Cons

no growth in salary/title, no recognition for overtime - when they ask - you work many many hours, deliver product and after that - comapany reorganization and you are laid off.

Good time off policy, ability to work remote. Efforts to improve.

Cons

Fragmented, executives unable to gain and push down cross functional alignment. Leaders can't make timely decisions. New ideas go to and die by committee. Distributed workforce makes for difficult communication and fosters rogue actions. Non-existent work life balance. Good ole boys club mentality. Zero risk tolerance to innovate, slow to produce anything. Don't appreciate 'A' players. Culture of backstabbing and do what it takes to get ahead.
