Pros

Micromanaged and HR is not present. Don't waste your time here. Look elsewhere.

Cons

Everything from management up. They don't care about you as employee because they are too busy sucking up all the time.

Pros

- Easy money - A ton of work life balance/ autonomy to do whatever you want - Go out to eat at a lot of fancy restaurants & take advantage of company expense card - Good place to start career....Easy product to grasp and you don't need to know jack about the industry to do well

Cons

-THE most mediocre crew of sales people I've ever worked with in my life. Low energy, half the company are too cool for school and care way too much about others opinions/ haven't graduated from high school mentality... Generally the M&A side more than Alts/ Corp Dev, but across the board this is very consistent. Zero interesting conversations with 90% of sales and ppl don't actually seem interested in learning. Hilarious, but the amount of morons walking around talking about starting book clubs, who clearly haven't picked up a book in yrs...Stop pretending....It makes you look even more foolish than you already are. -Product is boring and clients legit do not care about your opinion because, why would they!?...They use the product to upload docs and you'll be good at your job if you're good with ppl or super bland, but know how to swipe a credit card at the bar/restaurant. - If you want to be a good salesman - this place is not where you want to be. You can make decent money, but you provide zero value to clients and Intralinks sales ppl have a reputation at more established companies, with more complex products, as being order takers (which they are)....It's acct management...You don't learn how to hunt for business (for most part) and sales ppl are too scared to pick up the phone/ when they do, everyone just drops their pants to try and close deals. It's all a price gauge game. - Management is as mediocre as most of the sales ppl... I mean, who in gods name would want to sell data rooms for the better half of their careers, other than mediocre sales ppl who are too scared to break off and sell something more complex

Pros

Not much now because the CFO has gotten hold of the company.

Cons

CEO does not know what he is doing except when it comes to saving his job.
