Pros

Maintains perception despite being flawed

Cons

There is NO opportunity despite what they'll promise Product use cases are narrow and overpriced Idea of marketing is to throw top dollar cocktail parties and not traditional BtoB Field roles are not supported or valued There are a high volume of expensive figureheads collecting checks Corporate was originally in NYC, the staff there is snobbish and rude Old school practices, everyone is a middle aged white man unless in development Organization has the practices of a Fortune 500, covered in red tape Sales and marketing leadership is inept, lacking the interpersonal skills and finesse, they do not lead, they dictate and delegate Environment is toxic and unethical Exit strategy is apparent HR is not present

Pros

Their salary package is above average.

Cons

The management / leadership team is extremely deceptive and lacks moral compass. If you are getting a job here, be extremely cautious and get every single terms of your employment in writing. Do NOT trust their oral assurances, no matter how trivial or standard it sounds. If it is not written down on paper and signed, they WILL deny having promised you that. Moreover, they don't value lower level worker employees, only management & up are important. In my case, the recruiter had hired me saying "permanent remote job", but after I joined, flat out lied that he had never said that. The team manager sided with him of course and mandated that I have to relocate to the other side of the country. The HR didn't bother to talk to me when I contacted her. I was ready to negotiate with them about the relocation; but since I had called out their lies, they terminated me. Being on an H1B visa, that could've been devastating for me (you have to find a new job within 60 days or leave the country), but they didn't care. Their MO seems to be hire people by promising xyz, but deny everything after joining; "what are they gonna do? quit? lol". They are playing with the lives of employees. Additionally, their technology stack is ancient. Premium for the offered medical coverage is high.
