Pros

- 50 cent vending machines (were a quarter a few years back) - you can work at home if you're a Technical Support Analyst (TSA) - Management is pretty cool and chill. Probably the reason why I stayed soo long. - Most co-workers become like family, very close knit.

Cons

- TSA's are not respected. WE do all the hard labor with fixing all the issues with the BUGGY Software. - Software is not up to date and is always crashing. - Customers are mostly professionals but they can get angry because the software is always breaking down. - Upper management (above managers) are weird and seem to have anxiety issues. Face your employees and let them know that you exist instead of hiding behind a cubicle. - Management loves when employees suck up and act fake. - You will not get anywhere unless you throw people under the bus and sabotage your co-workers. - Most co-workers are great to work with but the teams in Europe or other parts of the world are horrible. They are miserable and horrible to work with. They have more vacation days and shorter work days than us in the USA but they complain a whole lot more and cause problems for the US team. - A lot of Client Service Managers are lazy (some are rock stars) but the majority are hands off with their customers. They should be handling customer trainings and setting up new accounts but instead they throw it on other people. If you're in the NY office, you'll enjoy listening to them sit around and talk for hours about non-work issues without doing any work, and then pass it off to others to do so they go to happy hour. - Sales team is aggressive. Their attitudes can also be disgusting. They contact the support line and talk to you as if you owe them money (Not all but most I've dealt with). - Training team hold grudges against people, for no reason. Instead of being the face of a company that trains their employees and help, some members of the training team live to give others dirty looks and act stank and Ignore emails concerning the product. Be the face of a company and train people without the attitude and cockiness. - NY Office is over crowded (maybe not as much since people are getting fired).
