Pros

Flexible, decent pay, nice bonus. Benefits we meh...

Cons

When they brought in a new CEO to stabilize the company he started bringing in his former Novell co-workers. They have since moved to Waltham right in the same building Novell was or is in. They started moving long term employees out to make room for folks at the C level who speak broken English and can't function. I was to get out when I did and feel they did me a favor.

Pros

The good things about this company are the vending machine items (25 cent per soda and bubble gum)

Cons

The company has no culture except for the sales team who believe they own the company. Managers have no idea how to acquire, develop and manage the team members, these managers became managers because people have left or quit the company. HR is pretty bad, I agree with other comments. Anyone applying for this company should have nothing else on the table to accept and work at IL. Also huge turn over. :)

Pros

Work from home because of the pandemic.

Cons

Unstable with high turnover in every department. No training and I was left on my own with no communication or support from my manager or co-workers. Very disappointed with the culture as it seemed stale and out dated. Management only cares about themselves and their SS&C stock options according to rumors I heard. Unlimited vacation time is designed so the company doesn’t have to pay people who they fire, or when you move on to your next job. Don’t be fooled by it! Lots of infighting in sales department which is not what I expected.
