Pros

Good training you learn a lot from your managers. Teaches you how to talk to all kinds of people and helps you learn the art of story telling. Good base and potential for a lot in commissions.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth. Since acquisition it has been disorganized organization. Some goals they set are unrealistic. Field reps don't really help you at all.

Pros

Nice office, Young crowd which brings positive energy.

Cons

The nice young crowd that I mentioned above changes every alternate month. Hire and fire. Gives pink slip left and right without mercy. Doesn't matter how valuable you are to the company you will be fired. Organization restructure happens almost every quarter (Not kidding). No one has any idea where the company is heading towards.

Pros

Some really good and bright people at the company Working on important capabilities and applications for customers Strong relationships with targeted customers in financial industries

Cons

The company has not been able to deliver to customers a long term value add approach for solving their problems and needs. Now it seems that the Intralinks business strategy is being driven by customer integration projects that may come up. However, as the cloud solutions built on top of AWS, Azure and others become more accepted, Intralinks will need to figure out how they will deliver value in that world! It is not at all clear that this is understood and being acted on. There has been a lot of turn over with senior and executive management so be aware there is a new team running the operations. That can be good, or it can be confusing.
