Cons

-poor employee retention, high turnover, limited staff -lack of support on weekends -lack of remote work opportunities -mediocre employee recognition -underwhelming pay when compared to competitors' market rate -must have transportation to work here -not a lot of opportunities or training for career advancement -poor communication between departments

I do not know where to begin... checks and balances do not exist here. Upper management could read a basic For Dummies manual and still not understand the basic concept of being a good person. What they will achieve is undermining their employees and never acknowledging their top talent.
