Work isnt too demanding, boss is pretty understanding and willing to help teach, decent benefits, work is very interesting, pleasant coworkers

Cons

No raises, no opportunity to grow, some people in database section can be troublesome, and deployments can be pretty annoying (but understandably so given circumstances), and the lack of raises/career growth can cause some major brain drain.
