Pros

- payments are always on time - you can gain experience in big projects - nice work life balance - good tech stack(it depends on the component but ok) - great colleagues - no real pressure - management is open to suggestions and you can get experience on different roles (this is because sometimes the person for this role is missing but anyway)

Cons

- lack of real KPIs. your evaluation is based mainly on how close you work with your technical leads. - good evaluations result in getting more responsibilities but that doesn't mean a raise or a promotion - some processes are not well defined or totally missing - steep learning curve for software development process - employees can sit and almost do nothing and nobody will care - big salary difference between positions of the same level - it will take a long time after you get a raise - lots of company politics - c-level is changing all the time
