Pros

The New Product Engineering department is well run. Managers are respectful and give employee a lot of autonomy. Evaluations, promotions, and bonuses all seem to be very fair. Upper management runs the company based on solid business values and principles. Upper management is very transparent with how the company is doing. Company benefits are amazing; best in industry. Too many great benefits to list them all here, but here are a few: on-site gym, pharmacy, medical, physical therapy, and counseling. Good insurance. Very good 401k match. Excellent maternity/paternity leave. Coverage for non-standard things like fertility treatments, stem cell joint treatments, etc. The list goes on.

Cons

Salaries are a little low compared to other companies in the area, but the bonuses and benefits make up for that. Managers in New Product engineering are great, but I've heard that some other departments have bad management. Company growth seems to be slowing after years of consistent growth. Little to no diversity in management.
