Work/life balance is a huge pro for me. Intuit puts a lot of effort in making it a company you can be proud to work for. The managers are amazing and their sense of community makes working remote feel less remote. They have huge incentives that are a great bonus. They also have "recharge days" for FT and Select Time employees. Which are paid days off. You get Thanksgiving and Christmas off. There are a total of 8 of these days off. The opportunity to grow within the company is encouraged and possible.
