Pros

My pros are remote work in my area of expertise, a good hourly wage, great, exceptional benefits, and lovely colleagues from all over the country.

Cons

Remote work takes getting used to. Sometimes it feels like Intuit is so big.

Pros

Pay, benefits, the individuals within the company

Cons

Poor leadership, doesn't know what they're doing. User experience isn't a priority for leadership, just jamming AI into anything and everything. Research leadership making poor decisions and then throwing ICs under the bus when their poor decisions don't pay off.

Pros

My team is lucky enough to have a great manager and awesome leads. It is a continuous learning environment which is great! and I love the flexibility on setting my schedule. There is always something new going on and mobility opportunities. Intuit provides 401k match and the opportunity to enroll in an employee stock purchase program which a nice extra cash every three months if you decide to sell.

Cons

Even thou the culture is great... the salary is not that good. Your are graded by the surveys. It does not matter the number of degrees, certifications or licenses you have if your surveys are not good "enough" then you are not considered for promotions. Which is the main increase in salary base. If you are not considered for a promotion then you would be getting a % hourly raise which could be around a .40 - .50 cents or even less. Welcome to a pay per performance company.
