Pros
Consistent training. Consistent incentives almost monthly based on performance. If you listen and learn you will do well. My manager and team leads are amazing and consistently provide feedback, clarity. There are all times of channels for culture encouragement. Whatever you love, there's a channel/group for that. The pay is really good based on experience. I work Select-Time which doesn't lock me into strict time requirements. I don't work I don't get paid unless I use the PTO available.
Cons
I agreed during recruiting to work same hours as last job and I work evening shift two days. I agreed to it but hate. Mentioned it to my manager and she is getting me moved back up after tax season. Very easy work around. PTO earnings are very minimal for SelectTime but I am okay with that because I come to work but if I was a single income home, that would be an issue for someone with kids.
