- Scheduling tool wiped out hours that I had scheduled for the season, some that I had scheduled were gone - 30% of bonus was determined for 45 weekend hours that were gone before my start date so I signed up for hours that I would not have worked and then they gave us that part of the bonus but I was stuck with working those hours - Product Support transferred several difficult calls to me. One I was still working on with a Lead and saw that PS had transferred the case back to me. PS had spent 3 hours on the case , had a very frustrated TP, I solved the issue and PS tried to steal back the case, lucky that I was still working on notes and resolution so that Lead assisted in re-assigning back to me, this should not be allowed to happen
