Pros

Tried and true products and (now) processes and operations; small enough to get visibility; youngish company, but not irresponsible start-up mentality.

Cons

The Stamford U. smarter-then-you mentality is enough to gag anyone; they do the least and create the most chaos for others and the company at large. I'm Ivy too, I have never encountered the ilk of Stamford alum as I have at Intuit. It's a shame.

Pros

Amazing benefits and great pay Provides 1 week of paid time per year to focus on community work CEO (Brad Smith) is smart, genuine, and provides clear direction for business Diverse workforce; people are treated as equals regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, etc. Customer feedback is highly regarded and used to drive decisions Employees are treated with respect (with a few exceptions)

Cons

Innovation and growth are near-impossible since BI support is stretched unbearably thin Very few positions are filled from within - regardless of internal talent Employees are rewarded or hired based on cronyism and the ability to generate PowerPoint presentations rather than on producing actual results Work-life balance is preached, but not practiced Too many meetings
