Pros

* Customers First, For Real: They actually care about customers, which is kinda rare. You see it in how they build stuff and how support works. It's not just lip service. * Always Something New: Intuit's always tinkering with new tech, especially AI. It keeps things interesting, and you don't feel like you're stuck in the past. * They Don't Forget About You: They actually invest in your skills. Lots of training, chances to learn new stuff, and you can move around the company if you want. * Work-Life Balance? Yeah, They Get It: They're pretty chill about flexible hours and stuff. They seem to care about you not burning out. * They Walk the Talk: Their "values" aren't just some poster on the wall. They actually try to live by them. * Good Pay and Perks: They pay well, and the benefits are decent. Health insurance, retirement, all that jazz. * Trying to Be Inclusive: They're making an effort to be more diverse, which is good. They have groups for different people, which is cool.

Cons

It's Fast, Dude: It's tech, so it's always moving. If you like a slow pace, this might not be your jam.

Pros

work from home flexibility higher pay than my local companies offer some control over my own schedule

Cons

the new CEO changed all the Back Office roles to be based in India my bookkeeping skills are necessary but the client on the phone doesn't understand and underutilizes my skills in favor of customer service and billing issues I prefer to work on the books - not wait for random questions about how to do books impossible metrics that rely on my ability to control the actions of the client (ie: getting them to return a survey- and understand that the survey is to measure me and not QBO- in which which customers are increasingly frustrated).
