From day 1, Intuitive has been invested in my learning and development. There is so much to learn for the field sales role, but they provide you all the information and resources you need to learn it, and are patient as you comprehend it all. As I've progressed in the role, they continue to provide additional opportunities to learn and develop professionally. This is key, as there are always so many opportunities to advance and get promoted within the company. They'll make sure they provide you what you need to be prepared for the next role.

I've worked at Intuitive for most of my professional career over multiple business units, and they've certainly made it hard to leave. Pay, benefits, and development opportunities keep me there over 5 years later. Every manager I've worked with has been focused on getting me to the next role, even if it's in a different part of the org. They've also all I feel proud to work here, and the technology makes a huge difference. There are certainly places in silicon valley that will offer a higher pay, but as far as fulfillment in knowing we have the coolest and most beneficial technology in the business, you can't go anywhere else. I tell all my friends and family who want to make a move to med device that Intuitive is the best place you can be.
