      Pros

      No more rewarding company to work for than Intuitive. The atmosphere is unlike any other Med Device company. The commitment that the organization has to patients in the community is unmatched. Intuitive creates that most innovative products in the industry while ensuring that the devices are applicable to the challenges facing quality health care.

      Pros

      Intuitive has provided a tremendous amount of investment in professional development related to career growth. Internal seminars and courses as well as external coaching on a myriad of skills have been provided. Professional development is pushed as a foundational pillar of the company and is offered often.

      Pros

      There are so many opportunities to grow and develop at Intuitive. I started as a CSA, was promoted to a CSR in one year, and then was promoted again to a Sr. Marketing Manager two years later. It has been an incredible ride.

      Cons

      It's a lean and fast culture. To maintain work-life balance you have to set clear boundaries.
