      Pros

      Intuitive is a leading provider of robotic surgery solutions for minimally invasive surgery and to be a part of these solutions is exciting to work with on a daily basis. The interview process was straight forward as Shirala was very responsive and helpful during the process. The team is also very collaborative and supportive throughout my journey here.

      There is none! It's a great company with a great team and culture.

Very structured and tailored processes Onboarding very detailed and easy to follow with centralized access to tools and resources Potential to diversify and grow in different business areas with Focus from leadership on supporting work life balance with flexibility to WFH. Delighted to see focus on positioning women in leadership roles Diverse employee support group resources

      Job titles for seasoned individuals especially with previous executive roles need to have titles aligned with rest of industry
