      Pros

      The company knows how to handle their money. The stock is another perk. Diversity of people. The technology that makes it a pioneer in a medical device industry.

      Cons

      Office politics, even in different companies or small businesses, politics is everywhere. Employee promotion is slow or almost only for the management.

      Pros

      Intuitive recognizes the importance of personal time and the flexible work arrangements allows me to manage my professional and personal responsibilities effectively. In addition, Intuitive truly values inclusion and diversity. As an ERG member I've seen firsthand the efforts to ensure that all employees feel welcome and supported.

      Cons

      One area that could be improved is the communication between management and employees. The lack of clear career and consistent communication can sometimes lead to uncertainty around career progression.
