Pros

I have been with Intuitive for 5 years, and I can genuinely say it is the best workplace I have ever been at. I firmly believe that robotic-assisted surgery represents the future, and our product and expertise play a vital role in improving the lives of patients and their families every day. It is inspiring to work alongside such smart, talented, and dedicated colleagues on challenging projects, and I love how we celebrate our achievements together as a team. The executive leadership at Intuitive is the best I have encountered in my 20 year career—deeply connected, humble, and transparent. I recommend Intuitive to anyone looking to be part of a meaningful mission and make a real impact.

Cons

Most teams are running very lean.

Best workplace to make an impact

Pros

I like the overall mission and nature of my work, which is patient-focused and healthcare-focused. The company constantly innovates and strives to be better and ahead of the game. Here everyone is respected and has a culture of open communication. Teams are supportive of others outside their group. There are always new opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

Work-life balance can be difficult due to an intense workload. You may be expected to take on responsibilities beyond your job description, which may lead to burnout.
