Everything is Cons with Invenger. Management has no professional ethics. Invenger is family owned business, where only one person is management and decision maker, doesn't bother about any employee's request or manager's suggestion. Management doesn't respect employee's personal life. Management treats employees as slaves. Management abuses and threatens employees. Management lies about facilities. Proper Settlement will not be done when employees quit Invenger. Invenger will not reply any employee's requests for months. Cheats employees in every aspect in the name of on-site opportunity. Pays very low salary keeping high margin profit. Has only one client and gets all sunset projects which no other vendors are ready to take.
