*Relaxed work culture, nice modern offices in Gresham Street - with a staff canteen *Emphasis on getting staff involved in activities and work offsites *Medium size bank - so probably good to gain a range of experience with, but salary may be lower than bigger competitors

Cons

Flat management structure is a downside - it has a negative effect on the work dynamics, and cancels out the good points about the bank

Good career progression options A lot of chances to relocate and/or apply for internal roles. Truly a Global player Courses and industry specific exams are encouraged and paid for and compensated by the company. Strong culture Friendly professional coworkers Good bonuses and annual pay rises, share scheme, pension They have a strong focus on health and wellbeing of employees with initiatives like a monthly Gym subsidy and cycle to work scheme in place.

Cons

Some of the lower middle management types don't seem to fully embrace the culture as envisioned by the business founders, this I think can dishearten some of the admin staff they manage.
