I worked with a great group of people. There is little to no bureaucracy in day to day activities. It was a small group and they taught me a lot.

Cons

Didn't have tons of work to do all of the time. I found that it wasn't the direction I wanted to take.

the job itself as a call centre agent the extremely low salary there is slow growth if you start off in the client support centre. you normally move towards another admin intensive role before you move into another role that probably is not what you really want to do.
