Great people to work with. The Bank has been expanding a lot and their is a lot of new leadership. New teams from other banks. Culture and values have been changing a lot and it is not as good as it used to be. Still fun but much tougher and more like a big Bank now. Used to have a real family team feel but this is disapearing

Cons

Chaotic, mental at times. You can still work out of your role and across many areas which makes it interesting and exciting. Getting used to the new executives is bit tedious. They all trying to prove themselves and the politics has become awful.
