Only when you are in project you will be treated as employee. Timely salary as long as you are in project.
Cons
I worked at this company as a software developer, and I had a terrible experience. The managers were unprofessional and disorganized, and they had no idea how to handle employees. The pay was very low and there was no room for advancement. The work environment was toxic, and there was no support from management. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a job. Purely timesheet company, no proper company values. They maintain employees only if client paying to them. Otherwise they were zero getting projects from other clients. No bench policy and leave you in middle of No where as soon as client project ends. No immigration support, people with visa please be aware and skip..!!
