      Very toxic environment. Run don’t walk. This is not the culture that you would want to work in. Very toxic. You are doing them a favor to work for them. That is how management treats you. Commissions were cut and base salaries are low.

      Competitive salary and benefits, free breakfast on Fridays and professional coworkers

      Cons

      I was so excited to work at IRIS, I soon realized that despite their competitive salary + free breakfast, it was a really hard place to work. It's almost impossible to work for a company when the management team is unprofessional, plays favoritism and treats hardworking recruiters poorly. Not much room for growth if that's what you're looking for.

      At Iris you know you are respected and valued. Kudos to upper management for always caring about their employees! I know I can always discuss issues openly and I have confidence my opinion and suggestions will be considered. Also, Iris is a growing company, and it is a great place for those who are ambitious about their career growth. Competitive benefits and pay package. Positive work/life balance.

      Just in case you are not the type of person - it's a fast-paced company and you need to be prepared for this.
